Depending on how you feel, sometimes it can be easier, and sometimes it can be more challenging.
Yoga teaches you to be aware and listen to your body.
Many of us only know how to listen to our ego. “We must go hard all the time even when we are not feeling great.” This mentality might be harmful to your body and can lead to injuries.
When you are able to listen to your body, you will know how to tailor your workout for that day.
This will help you maximize your training! You will know when to push yourself and when not to, so you get fewer injuries. Let's face it, no athlete (whether you are a beginner or a pro) likes being injured!
Your yoga practice and training are about the journey, not the destination.
