TRIATHLON & SWIM COACHING
Hello & Welcome!
Hey there and welcome to my 'Active' side of life, Triathlon!
From someone who couldn't run for 1 minute without gasping for air, I never thought I would be a triathlete, an Ironman, and a triathlon coach!

Triathlon has played a significant role in my adult life. It gave me confidence and mental resilience, improved my physical health, and introduced me to a community of wonderful and amazing people that I would have never met otherwise.

I want to share my love of triathlon with others, especially beginners and youth. I want to show them that they can do anything when they put their mind to it.
My goal is always to create a safe and inclusive environment for my athletes to feel good from the inside out and to leave my coaching session feeling strong, healthy, and inspired. To reach their goals and dreams (and to spread love and kindness)
YOUTH TRIATHLON COACHING
CAPDO Youth Triathlon Coaching
A non-profit organization to promote triathlon for the next generation!
After organizing the Kids of Steel triathlon for the first time in 2019, I realized how much I love seeing the kids' accomplishments and smiles as they cross the finish line.
This past summer, I had the opportunity to volunteer to coach the Youth Triathlon at the Saskatchewan Summer Games at Lloydminster, and I loved it!
On the bus home, I realized there was little training for the youth triathlon in Saskatoon. This was when I decided to start a non-profit organization to grow the sport for the next generation.
I want to create a safe and fun environment for kids to be active. Triathlon has helped me physically and mentally grow, and I hope it can do the same for future generations.
