What I love about 1:1 private coaching is that it is tailored to YOU!

We start off by figuring out what your goals are and what challenges you are facing, and I create a program specifically for you. 

 

As an age-group athlete, I understand that training time is hard to come by. It might already be difficult to find a work/life balance, let alone find time to train. I work with your schedule so you get the most efficient workout with whatever time frame you have for training.

Swim Technique Check Up

Do you feel like you are fighting against the water when you swim laps in the pool?

Or maybe want to swim more efficiently so you can hit your next personal best? 

Let me help you by analyzing your stroke! 

We are all made differently, so the same movement or technique may not work for everyone. 

 

For example, you probably have heard to breathe every 3 strokes.

 

But what happens if you have a neck injury that prevents breathing on a particular side. 

Or you have a great lung capacity, and breathing every 3 strokes seems rushed. 

Knowing the general techniques is excellent for building a good foundation. 

 

In order to step up to the next level, you have to figure out what works for you and what doesn't and what tweak you can do to help you swim faster and more efficiently. 

Rules are mostly made to be broken... 'ish.' Let's keep building on your foundation while discovering what swimming techniques work best for you.

A quick and short session to analyze your stroke

  • Provide feedback on what you need to work on

  • Opportunity to ask any questions you might have E.g., breathing, sighting, certain areas of aches/discomfort during swimming, etc

  • A recap of feedback send via email
