~ All students are required to complete an intake/waiver form on their first class. Please arrive early
~ Arrive 5 - 10 minute before class to settle in and prepare for practice
~ Wear comfortable clothing, something you can move in it.
~ A yoga mat is a very person space, please bring your own mat. The studio does have all other props you can use during practice
~ It is best not to practice yoga on a full stomach
~ Feel free to bring a water bottle with you if you wish
~ Some people arrive early to class to relax or meditate. Please talk quietly before class
~ Turn off your cell phone or put it to silent. If you need to have your phone on, please put it to vibrate
~ If you sign-up online and are unable to attend your class, PLEASE cancel your reservation online so someone that may be on a waiting list can have that spot.
~ Online cancellation must be completed a minimum of 1 hour before class. Students will be charged full price for any registered classes that they miss or fail to cancel within the required time.
~ Most Importantly: listen to your body and honor your limits. We only have this one body in this life, so be kind to it.
