Monday, Jan13 - Day 36:
I didn't have any motivation to do anything today. I decided to still go for a swim at lunch, and it might kick start my energy. I only did 700m, and that's all I can do physically and mentally. I got a little bit better in the evening, so I went for an indoor bike ride with Bike Doctor. I felt off and didn't know that my Season Affective Disorder is kicking in.
Tuesday, Jan 14 to Jan 26 - Day 37 to 49:
No training or yoga for. Seasonal Affective Disorder started, and I didn't have the energy or motivation to do any physical activity. Watch the video above to see how this affects me.
There are 27 weeks to go till Ironman Ottawa. I will have compassion for myself. I know I will feel better soon, and I will train again.
