People asked me why I love teaching yoga. It's a simple answer...
I love seeing the transformation of people from when they first step into my class to when they leave my class. It brings me so much joy when I can help them relieve physical discomfort or help them destress the day.
I believe yoga is something that can be enjoyed by everyone, from all walks of life, at any age, and I believe everyone can benefit from the practice of yoga (especially those who have never tried yoga before)
My goal is to create a safe and inclusive environment for my students to feel good from the inside out and to leave my class feeling strong, healthy, and inspired. To reach their goals and dreams (and to spread love and kindness)

Private Group Yoga & 1:1 Yoga
Have your own private Yoga session tailored to your needs. Maybe you are looking to de-stress, work on a specific physical problem, have a team-building event, or have a fun birthday celebration.
These sessions can be at any location. It can be your home, your office, in a park, at a studio, etc.
Pick your own schedule and the type of Yoga you want to practice. Choose between Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release and Flow or a combination of multiples together!
Past private groups include Delta Hotels Bessborough, Saskatoon Triathlon Club, A1 Accounting Group, a recreational soccer team, and birthday celebrations!
