Join Darren and Jackie for a 60-minute mini-retreat for your busy life at Ivy Yoga House A 60-minute guided Yin Yoga with Jackie to help you relax and release any tension in your body and mind surrounded with Darren's Sound Bath. Let the sound of crystal singing bowls and chimes transport you into a state of deep relaxation. No experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and any other props such as pillows, blankets etc to make yourself comfortable.

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. Fees paid are non-refundable regardless of circumstance or cancellation at any point. Rescheduling: Client's appointment time can be moved only if there is an alternate time available for your booked theme. Any lateness will affect your class.
