Pick your own schedule and the type of Yoga you want to practice. Choose between Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Flow/Hatha and Yoga for Triathletes. And yes, you CAN combine multiples together!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. Fees paid are non-refundable regardless of circumstance or cancellation at any point. Rescheduling: Client's appointment time can be moved only if there is an alternate time available for your booked theme. Any lateness will affect your class.
