MOVE BETTER.
FEEL BETTER.
LIVE BETTER.
Yoga isn’t about how flexible you are or doing fancy poses. It’s about giving your body space to move, breathe, and reset.
Whether it’s your first class or it’s been a while, you’ll find a space that feels easy to be in. We move, breathe, and build a little strength so your body feels good again.
Life can pull your body in every direction. Some days you’re sitting too long, other days you’re running around trying to get everything done. Yoga gives you a chance to slow down and reset.
It’s one of the few times in your day where you can just breathe, move, and notice how your body actually feels. You don’t need to be flexible or have it all figured out. You just need to show up, exactly as you are.
Yoga helps you reconnect with yourself in small but powerful ways. Over time you start to notice changes, not just in how your body feels but in how you handle stress, how you breathe, and how you move through your day.
It gives your body and mind a chance to rest and recharge. You’ll walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Private Group Yoga & 1:1 Yoga
Move together, laugh together, and feel good together
Private group yoga sessions are a fun and meaningful way to bring people together, whether it’s for your workplace, team, or a special occasion.
Each session is built around your group’s goals and energy that day. We can keep it calm and restorative, make it a movement-based flow, or focus on recovery and mobility. Every class includes mindful movement, breath, and a little time to unwind before heading back to your day.
Past private groups include Delta Hotels Bessborough, Saskatoon Triathlon Club, University of Saskatchewan College of Law, a recreational soccer team, and even birthday celebrations.
Most sessions take place at Ivy Yoga House, but I can also bring yoga to your space if you already have a room set up for your team or event.

What to Expect
Yoga with me is welcoming and supportive. There is no judgment and no expectations, just space to move, breathe, and feel good in your body. You don’t have to know the poses or be flexible. Just come as you are.
We’ll move in ways that help your body feel good and tune in to what it needs that day. Props and options are always there to make each pose feel right for you.
You’ll leave feeling a little lighter, more relaxed, and glad you showed up.
WHAT STUDENTS SAY
Yoga is about connection, and I’m so grateful for the amazing people who show up to practice with me. Here’s what a few of them had to say:
Life puts demands on every part of your body...
Long hours sitting, stress, and the constant go-go-go of daily life.
Yoga gives you space to move, breathe, and restore balance so you can feel stronger, calmer, and more at ease.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Jackie
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 9 years, and I’m also a triathlete and triathlon coach. (Learn more about my Triathlon Coaching or Yoga for Triathletes)
For me, yoga isn’t about fancy poses or being the most flexible in the room. It’s about moving with strength, breathing with ease, and finding balance in everyday life.
When you come to class, you’ll find an approachable, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can move, breathe, and just be yourself.
