Your Training Works
Your Whole Body

Your Recovery Should Too

Long rides, hard runs and endless laps in the pool build strength and endurance, but they can also leave your hips tight, your shoulders tense and your body feeling worn down.

Yoga helps bring balance back. It gives your body space to recover, supports the mobility and stability you need to move efficiently and helps you stay consistent throughout your training season.

You don’t need fancy poses or hour-long sessions. Even a few intentional minutes on your mat can change how your body feels during your next workout.

What Yoga Can Do For Triathletes

Focus and Breath

4-Week Yoga for Triathletes

A four-week yoga program created specifically for triathletes to support your swim, bike and run training.

Each class is 20 to 30 minutes long because between training, work, family and everyday life, you already have a lot going on. These short yoga practices are designed to support your performance and recovery without adding another big commitment to your schedule.

Throughout the four weeks, you’ll improve mobility and flexibility in areas that commonly become tight from triathlon training, including your calves, glutes, low back, hips, hamstrings and psoas. You’ll also have recovery practices created specifically for the demands of swimming, cycling and running.

The goal is to help you recover well, reduce your risk of injury and keep your body ready for the training ahead.

Over the four weeks, you’ll focus on:

Week 1: Calves, glutes, and low back

Week 2: Hips, hamstrings, and psoas

Week 3: Recovery after biking and running

Week 4: Recovery after swimming

You’ll also receive a short video introducing the yoga props you may want to have nearby before you begin.
