Train Smarter. Recover Faster.
Race Stronger.

Triathlon training doesn’t have to take over your life. I coach using the 80/20 Endurance Method, where most of your training builds strength and endurance at an easy effort, and the rest gives you the power to race stronger.

It’s about finding the right mix so you can stay consistent, feel good in your body and still have energy for the things you love.

For triathletes who want results and a life.

You're Putting in The Work,

But Something Still Feels Off

You train hard, but progress feels slow.

Some days, you’re too tired to fit in another workout. Other days, motivation dips because you’re juggling so much already.

You love triathlon, but it’s starting to feel like a second job instead of something that energizes you.

“Am I doing enough?”

“Why do I always feel tired?”

“Is there a smarter way to train?”

The truth is, more isn’t always better. The key is knowing when to push and when to pull back. It’s about finding a rhythm that fits your body, your goals and your life.

Train Smarter, Not Harder

Most athletes think improvement comes from pushing every session. The truth is, progress happens when your body has space to adapt.

That’s where the 80/20 Endurance Method comes in.

80%: Build Your Foundation

Around 80 percent of your training is made up of easy, steady sessions that build endurance, strength and resilience.

20%: Focused Effort

The other 20 percent is where you push, with shorter, focused efforts that move the needle when your body is ready.

This balance keeps you consistent, reduces injury risk and helps you show up strong—not run down—on race day.

I use this method in every program I design, adjusting for your goals, schedule and energy levels so your training fits your life, not the other way around.
