Service Description

What is Self Myofascial Release? Why do I need it? Simple short answer - Use specific props to apply gentle pressure in the restricted tissues to reduce pain and tension and restore your full range of motion. Let's face it, life is hard on our bodies. You might have back pain, shoulder pain, tight hips, etc. If you are an athlete or a weekend warrior like me, you can list more areas of discomfort! Self-myofascial release will help you release the tension and pain in your body. It allows you to live life pain-free. And who doesn't want to be pain-free? In this 2 hour workshop, learn to use different props to help release tension in the body and rehydrate the fascial system. The best part about the self-myofascial release is that once you understand what to do, you can do it anytime, anywhere! I will bring three different types of balls, and we will focus on releasing the side line of your body. Think IT band, inner thing, rib, deltoid, etc. You get the point 😉 No experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. All other myofascial release props will be provided.
