Service Description
This is for all those early risers that wants to train in the mornings. This 8 sessions training program with goal race at the Bridge City Duathlon on Oct 5th. Max 8 participants to ensure you get some 1 on 1 feedback. 8 coached sessions from Sept 14th to Oct 3rd Tues 6:15am - Swim (45mins - 1 hr)* at YMCA Thurs 6:15am - Bike (45mins - 1 hr)* at YMCA Sat 8:00am - Run & Yoga (90mins) at Ivy Yoga House *Note: Last 15 minutes will be steady swim/bike and cool down. For those that need to leave early for work, you are can skip this last 15 minutes. Dates: Tues: Sept 17th, 24th, Oct 1st Thurs: Sept 19th, 26th, Oct 3rd Sat: Sept 14th, 28th (No class on Sept 21st.) Cost: $22+GST. All entry fees included.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. Fees paid are non-refundable regardless of circumstance or cancellation at any point. Rescheduling: Client's appointment time can be moved only if there is an alternate time available for your booked theme. Any lateness will affect your class.
