Service Description

This is for all those early risers that wants to train in the mornings. This 8 sessions training program with goal race at the Bridge City Duathlon on Oct 5th. Max 8 participants to ensure you get some 1 on 1 feedback. 8 coached sessions from Sept 14th to Oct 3rd Tues 6:15am - Swim (45mins - 1 hr)* at YMCA. Must be able to swim 25m. Thurs 6:15am - Bike (45mins - 1 hr)* at YMCA *Note: Last 15 minutes will be steady swim/bike and cool down. For those that need to leave early for work, you are can skip this last 15 minutes. Sat 8:00am - Run & Yoga (90mins) at Ivy Yoga House 45 mins working on running forms and techniques, speed and distance training. Follow but 45 mins of yoga. From learning how to breathe properly to strengthening stability muscles to gentle stretching to prevent injuries and speed up recovery. Dates: Tues: Sept 17th, 24th, Oct 1st Thurs: Sept 19th, 26th, Oct 3rd Sat: Sept 14th, 28th (No class on Sept 21st.) Cost: $144+GST. All entry fees included.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. Fees paid are non-refundable regardless of circumstance or cancellation at any point. Rescheduling: Client's appointment time can be moved only if there is an alternate time available for your booked theme. Any lateness will affect your class.
