It is NOT - Making you super flexible - A religion - For women only, anyone can do yoga - Wearing the latest yoga apparel What is yoga for triathletes and runners? It is about - Reducing injury - Speed up recovery - Finding the breath to sustain training/endurance - Finding an extra edge to help you perform your best during training and race/competition day - The best part, touching your toes is NOT a requirement😊 Each week will build on the previous week. There will be homework given each week. These are optional. However, the more you practice, the more you will get out of these four weeks.
