There is always a misconception of what and who yoga is for. So, let’s clear the air about what this class is and is not. It is NOT - Making you super flexible - A religion - For women only, anyone can do yoga - Wearing the latest yoga apparel What is Recover Yoga for Endurance Athletes? It is about - Reducing injury - Finding the breath to sustain training/endurance - Help with recovery - Finding an extra edge to help you perform your best during training and race/competition day - The best part is that touching your toes is NOT a requirement I am a Yoga instructor and a triathlon coach, and I participate in triathlons for fun. I have the unique advantage of understanding what an athlete goes through and seeing it from a coaching perspective. I see that yoga is the missing link to help athletes propel themselves to the next level. Recovery Yoga for Endurance Athletes combines movement, stretches, myofascial release and breathing to help you reduce injury and speed up recovery. It teaches proprioception (where your body is in space) and interception (how your body feels internally) so that you can train smarter and perform better in your next events. Space is limited. Max 12 people LOCATION: Ivy Yoga House (Corner of Edson St. and Portage Ave. in Industrial Stonebridge, Saskatoon, SK)

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. Fees paid are non-refundable regardless of circumstance or cancellation at any point. Rescheduling: Client's appointment time can be moved only if there is an alternate time available for your booked theme. Any lateness will affect your class.
