No Expectations is one thing I always remind my students.
Our body is changing all the time, every second, every minute, every single day of our life. There are days when our body needs rest, and there are days when you have so much energy that you feel like you can run a marathon! 🏃🏻♀️
I think it’s safe to say when we achieve something that pushes our limits, we feel like we are on top of the world! If we try to do the same thing again in the future and don’t get the same outcome, we feel defeated. We might even think and say words to ourselves that we would never say to someone else.
Have a goal and work towards that goal!
Whenever you feel like you are not improving or you might even find yourself moving backwards,
Just pause for a moment...
Take a deep BREATH IN....
And a deep BREATH OUT.
Now, I invite you to look back a year ago.
Maybe even five years ago.
Look how far you have come!😊
When you get stuck in your own expectations, it might actually hold you back.
At least for me, it does. I end up pushing myself harder. I get more tired and stressed because I am not meeting my expectations. It’s a vicious cycle that I cannot get out. 😳
Now, I believe as long as you keep moving forward toward your goal, you are golden!✨
